Awareness Moment #02
Awareness moment. Do you agree that there are different stages in our lives and things we want at each stage of our life will be different? Eventually, we’re all looking for the same thing: happiness (peace). And I discovered that instead of Singapore’s famous 5Cs, we need 3Ws to be happy in life.
When I was younger, happiness meant getting out of the house and socializing with my peers. You might agree that physical energy is our currency when we’re younger. Without breaking a sweat, I can go out party until late at night and wake up early the next day.
As I grew older and began working in society and furthering my studies, they took up most of my time and energy. Happiness is having mental peace and a lot of “me” time.
There was also a time when I referred to it as the “money-only mindset.” Where happiness is defined as having material goods, particularly luxury brands, I realised that all of those things could only bring me temporary happiness and that I should spend my money wisely because money is so essential in this society. If we do not have it, we will have a hard time with life. But when blindly chasing of money, we tend to end up with physical and mental burnout.
Therefore, we need three forms of wellness: physical wellness, mental wellness, and financial wellness and they are all interconnected to create a peaceful and happy life.
When it comes to physical fitness, I go for runs on a regular basis and eat a vegetarian diet whenever possible. For my mental health, I practise meditation and mindfulness. And I keep track of my financial well-being using long-term financial instruments.
Which of the three wellness areas do you feel you need to improve? Connect with me for a friendly chat, I will share with you how I apply my M.E.N.G Philosophy framework for mental wellness. And 3M framework in my financial wellness.

More people ought to check this out and understand this side of the story. I cant believe you arent more popular because you surely possess the gift.
